About Aceso
Aceso Home Care is a Sandbach-based, family-owned home care company helping people live well and independently in their own homes across south and east Cheshire. We work directly with clients and their families, as well as through the NHS and Cheshire East Council, to provide personal care and support with everyday living.
Yes. We’re fully CQC-regulated and compliant from day one. Our overall Care Quality Commission rating is Good, and we’re rated Outstanding for how caring our service is.
We cover south and east Cheshire from our Sandbach office, and north Staffordshire from our Cheadle office. If you’re not sure whether we reach your area, just give us a call and we’ll let you know.
As a family-owned business, we have no big-company targets to hit, so we can treat every person as an individual. We match a suitable, familiar carer to each client for continuity and trust, build every care plan around your own goals and routine, and back it all up with clear, honest pricing and an Outstanding CQC rating for caring.
Services & care options
We provide personal care and support with everyday living, dementia care, palliative and end-of-life care, rehabilitation and reablement support, care for people with disabilities, and care for younger people.
Visiting care is short check-in visits or longer stays at the key points of your day, at times you choose. Night stays mean a carer with you overnight so you’re safe and secure until morning. Live-in care gives you the reassurance of 24-hour cover at home, as a relaxed alternative to multiple daily visits. Respite care is planned or short-notice cover so a regular family carer can take a well-earned break.
Yes. Our trained dementia carers help people manage daily life so they can live well and safely at home for longer, care built around the person, not the condition. We take a patient, kind approach, keep routines and care teams as consistent as possible to reduce stress and confusion, and stay closely in touch with families as needs change.
Wherever possible, yes. We match a suitable carer to each client for the continuity and trust that make all the difference, so you’re supported by friendly, familiar faces rather than strangers passing through.
Getting started & cost
It starts with a free, no-obligation assessment, where a senior team member visits you at home to understand your needs and advise on the best way forward. From there, we build a detailed, personalised care plan, which we review regularly and change whenever you ask.
The cost depends on your individual needs, and we always give clear, upfront pricing with no surprises. We can also advise on funding options, including support through the NHS or Cheshire East Council where you’re eligible.
Yes. Alongside working directly with clients and families, we work with the NHS and Cheshire East Council to provide care for people referred through those routes.
We can usually arrange your free assessment quickly, and put a care plan in place as soon as you’re ready. If you need care to start urgently, let us know when you get in touch and we’ll do everything we can to help.
Yes. Your care plan is reviewed regularly, and we’re always happy to change it whenever your needs or circumstances change, whether that means more support, less, or something different altogether.
