We provide a competitive package for carers.
Money
- Salaries range from £11.25 to £15.00 per hour, depending on experience. Average earnings for a 45-hour week range from £26,325 to £35,100 + mileage payments.
- Enhanced rates for weekends and bank holidays
- Holiday and sick pay
- Paid travel time
- Mileage allowance of 35p per mile
- Workplace pension scheme
When comparing salaries between companies, always check the total payment offer. A higher per-hour rate could give you less overall, if other payment elements are lower.
Contracts
- Full and part time roles
- Fixed regular hours or flexible zero-hour contracts
Training and development
- Paid initial training and shadowing
- Access to nationally-accredited qualifications, and support to work towards them
- Ongoing training and development sessions
- Regular one-to-one sessions with your manager
