Money

We provide a competitive package for carers.

Salaries range from £13.00 to £13.50 per hour, depending on experience.

When comparing salaries between companies, always check the total payment offer. A higher per-hour rate could give you less overall, if other payment elements are lower.

  • Average annual earnings for a 45 hour week of £30,576 + Mileage payments
  • Enhanced rates for weekends and bank holidays
  • Holiday and sick pay
  • Paid travel time
  • Mileage allowance of 35p per mile
  • Workplace pension scheme

Contracts

  • Full and part-time roles
  • Fixed regular hours or flexible zero-hour contracts

Team involvement and support

  • Monthly team meetings where you can give your input into the way we provide care
  • Strong support ethic amongst other carers and the office team – we’re always here to help

Training and development

Paid initial training and shadowing, with access to nationally-accredited qualifications and support to work towards them, regular one-to-one sessions with your manager, ongoing training and development sessions, and opportunities for career progression – we promote from within wherever we can.
